Staff information and forms may only be accessed by those logged into an amescsd.org gmail account. Most staff information and forms can now be found through Frontline Education.

To get to Frontline Central, login to your Frontline Account and click the upper left corner and choose “Frontline Central.” Click Resource Library>Browse Library and you will be able to search for any of these forms/resources:

- Sick Leave Bank Request Form
