Transportation RFP
The Ames Community School District requests written, sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide the District with Pupil Transportation Services, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

No proposal shall be accepted after the due date and time as specified.
RFP Schedule of Events
RFP release date: Tuesday, February 11, 2025
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: Monday, February 17, 2025
Final day to submit questions or requests: Monday, February 24, 2025
Proposal due date: Thursday, February 27, 2025
District review and scoring of submissions: Week of March 3, 2025
Interviews with shortlisted contractors, if necessary: Thursday and/or Friday, March 6-7, 2025
School Board approval of Contract for Services: Monday, March 10, 2025
Commencement of services: Tuesday, July 1, 2025
