Return to Hybrid Delivery Model on Wednesday, December 9
Today, the school board voted to transition to the Hybrid learning model for grades PK-12 starting on Wednesday, December 9. The Wednesday return allows teachers 3 full days to prepare to return to Hybrid instruction.

Delivery Model Change Request
Our ACSD Learning Delivery Model Change Request form is still active for families who would like to select the 100% online Remote Campus option. As a reminder, the deadline to request a delivery model change from Remote Campus to on-site instruction was November 1. We will open up the form again before second semester.
Who has to fill out the form?
Only students who are currently enrolled in the Hybrid delivery model, but would like to request to attend the 100% online Remote Campus model need to fill out this form.
A few notes:
- Requests to move from Hybrid to Remote Campus remain fluid and the ACSD Learning Delivery Model Change Request form can be filled out online and the transition will take place within 5 days.
- Requests to move from Remote Campus to Hybrid can be filled out on the ACSD Learning Delivery Model Change Request form and this transition will take place at the beginning of second semester (January 29th).
Free Meals for All Children in the Ames CSD
The Ames CSD continues to offer free breakfast and lunch each day to every child aged 1-18 in our community through the end of the current school year. We have updated information on our website with our return to the Hybrid delivery model.
