Supermarket Savvy for Teens

Supermarket Savvy for teens is designed for youth in 7th-12th grade. This program combines both the nutritional and financial components of grocery shopping to prepare youth to be savvy shoppers and live a healthy lifestyle on a budget. Through activities youth will learn the benefit of meeting nutritional requirements, how to meal plan on a budget to make the grocery shopping experience easier and more affordable, and how to limit food waste to make the most out of their money.
