Students on KHOI Radio

Become a broadcast journalist and make your voice heard on KHOI community radio! Work on a team to create radio stories with a “students’ eye view” of current issues affecting kids, in schools, the community, state, country or the world. You’ll participate in a recurring monthly segment, “Student News & Views,” on KHOI’s Local Talk program. You will learn how to research stories, develop scripts, conduct interviews and use audio software to create compelling radio stories. At the same time, you’ll learn to be a critical consumer of media and a responsible digital citizen.
