FIRST LEGO League Club

FIRST LEGO League Challenge (FLL), is a friendly, engaging, competitive robotics club. A team of 6-10 4th and 5th grade students will engage in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering – building and programming a LEGO robot that navigates the missions of a robot game. As part of FLL Challenge, teams also participate in a research project to identify and solve a relevant real-world problem. So if your student likes legos and robots, this is a great opportunity for them to learn how to apply the engineering process to something they already enjoy. The first couple of meetings will be an overview of coding and building the robot, as well as how the program as a whole works, so if your child has no experience with organizations like this, it is no problem!
