Experience Culture, Make New Friends: Host a Student from Koshu City, Japan!

Ames International Partner Cities Association (AIPCA) is seeking host families for a delegation of middle school students visiting from our sister city, Koshu City, Japan!

Become a Host Family and:
● Share your culture: Introduce a student to American life and create lasting friendships.
● Learn about Japan: Gain a firsthand perspective on Japanese customs and traditions.
● Expand your horizons: Experience the joy of cultural exchange right in your own home.

Who can host?
We welcome families of all backgrounds who are eager to share their hospitality and create a
memorable experience for a student (ages 14-15) visiting from Koshu.

What is involved?
Host families will provide a comfortable and welcoming home environment for a student during
their visit (October 13th-18th). You’ll have the opportunity to share meals, participate in activities
together, and help them experience Ames.
